The Judge Kavanaugh Hearing-Demanding True Justice

Whatever happened to…innocent  until proven guilty.   In reality, we could put it this way…. I won’t destroy your life until the truth is  brought to light.

1)  Dr. Fords  Own Witnesses do Not Support her  testimony

2)  Her mother, father and two siblings won’t sign a document to support her character and testimony.    

3)  She had to ‘Unlocked’ her Memory to verify if the fundamental accusation is accurate. 

4) There is no Documented Evidence

5) There is no Circumstantial Evidence

6) There is no Location or Time (not even the year) of the Crime given to substantiate the evidence

7)  There are Conflicting Accounts of events stated by Dr. Ford  

8) Judge Kavanaugh record is impeccable…not one past accusation

9) Judge Kavanaugh has the support of all women he has worked with.   

In other words, the accuser had to go to counseling…to try and establish if this event  was a reality or fantasy    ,  her witnesses won’t verify the crime, her own family will not sign a document to vouch for her character…or that the crime is true.    There is absolutely no evidence of the crime, there is no site given to evaluate the crime and the time of the accusation cannot be narrowed down-to even the year.    Furthermore,  character references for  Kavanaough verify he  has always acted appropriately –with the upmost respect for women.

I have know people who have been falsely accused, their character violated.   They were put on a list similar to one having leprosy.   They were shunned, shamed, children were kept from them and employment opportunities were denied them.

Yes, safeguards in the law are to protect us from those who would harm the innocent-and that is why we have ‘the justice system’.   Lady justice is blind to the ‘politics’ , blind to being  ‘guilty by association’ (many democratic congressmen are on record saying they will reject all nominations by President Trump).   At what point does the task to reject…turn into harass, violate??    When can never turn from the instructions given from the scriptures below-judges are to diligently seek ‘for the truth’!  Deut. 19:18-19

This country has established that  one’s innocence is to be rigorously protected-as well as defending the rights of the victim-making sure justice is served.   Innocent lives are destroyed by the predator…rather it be on the street or in the courtroom.    God protects the innocent-in both cases.

Deuteronomy 19:18-19   The judges shall inquire diligently, and if the witness is a false witness and has accused his brother falsely, then you shall do to him as he had meant to do to his brother. So you shall purge the evil from your midst.

 Proverbs 2:22  But the wicked will be cut off from the land And the treacherous will be uprooted from it.

Leviticus 24:19  If anyone injures his neighbor, whatever he has done must be done to him:

We truly are innocent until proven guilty-would you or a family want to go through such an injustice.

How would you feel to  be accused  by the highest government representatives in the land to be a ‘serial rapist’ ‘sexual predator’  , as Kavanough was. 

Imagine this happening to you … many democrats  are on record to ‘never’ receive a supreme court nominee from this current president- and now you are  in their ‘cross hairs’ and  are labeled by the highest representatives of your nation as a sexual deviant…and should never be around children again…. ‘WITH ABSOLUTELY NO EVIDENCE!!’.   

If the above scriptures don’t put the fear of God in us to pursue truth….the right way…ie… righteous way, than do so for the sake of fairness.   Justice protects not just the victims we  have known in our lives, but also the ones in the future.   That means protection for  you and I…our family and loved ones.

It’s time to speak out for justice, what we know is right…and not be led by a political view or a personal opinion.   If we don’t speak up now-to protect individuals who have ‘ZERO’  evidence against them…why should we think we deserve protection when unsubstantiated attacks come against us.    Peace comes by doing right thing…by being just to all.
