Thank you Father for wanting us, over our sin that stood against you

 In eternity past, you created our heart

You desired our love over our lives destined for rebellion

Your must have considered this of great value

To have us one in heart, forever with You

RO 8:38-39
For I am convinced that neither death nor life,
neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future,
nor any powers.   neither height nor depth,
nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us
from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

 

 With Your Son and Spirit at Your side

You possessed all heavens and kingdoms, but desired more

A universe where others could share in Your glory and love

So great was the desire of Your heart

Because it cost You more than what You or Your world had ever experienced

What You condemned, You asked Your Son to take from us

So You could  receive those You will call by name

REV 3:12
I will write on him the name of my God
and the name of the city of my God, the new Jerusalem,
which is coming down out of heaven from my God;

To be before You forever-the apple of Your eye

The reason my Father loves me is that I lay down my life-
-only to take it up again.   No one takes it from me,

So You must have asked

My Son

Would You leave the glories of the heavens

To become as those whom We love

A sacrifice for others found guilty

To be made pure as before their sin

For You, the only Begotten, have the authority to ask 

‘Father, by Your great mercy,  forgive them’

For the love I have for You

Will cover those You give Your life for

A love so great,

It will break forth from the wrath of sin poured upon You

Your heart You have given to Me

To bring My love to them, with the same love as I have for You

So blessed will be the day We will take those into Our kingdom,

To embrace them into our family, never again to be apart

JER 24:7
I will give them a heart to know me, that I am the LORD.
They will be my people,and I will be their God,
for they will return to me with all their heart.

He had to of said,

Father-for You and for those you have called Your own,

I will receive Your righteous anger..

the sins of the world…to  rest on Me-so they can be set free…

Yes, to fulfill the pleasure of your heart,

that they will be one as You and  I are one

JN 17:22
I have given them the glory that you gave me,
that they may be one as we are one:

the only way possible for them to have life. 

MT 26:42
“My Father, if this sacrificial cup I lay down
cannot pass unless I drink it, than may Your will be done

 A life full of heavenly glory, without end.

Your Only Son,

Broken for us so we can forever taste Your Loving Righteousness

Father, we also come broken before You to say

Thank You for loving us

For doing the most difficult thing God could ever do

Send the Holy One to take what was unholy

We wanted for You to know we understand Father

You too were broken when Your Son cried out for You

in agony He looked for You

but the darkness of sin held You apart

our wrath on the One You love most

because You desired more

We are and will be forever, eternally grateful
