Matt 6:9-10 “This, then, is how you should pray: ” `Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come, your will be done on earth as it is in heaven’.
Notice: After we praise His Name, His Kingdom comes BEFORE His will be done on earth! We cannot accomplish Godly pursuits without His Heavenly Kingdom presence breaking the darkness on earth. I know with all my heart there are His holy ones reading this that completely understand we need Jesus-true and real invading the body of Christ on earth with His glory from heaven. Now is the time to unite in Him. Now is the time to stand together for Him!
Matt 6:33 But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.
Christ’s glory between believers will break the darkness between our communities. Satan will be fought, divided and brought down! (see-Kingdom of God)
The gospel of this kingdom will be preached (Matt. 24:14). As you have already seen in His Word, we bind, He binds with heavenly forces, we loosen, He loosens with heavenly forces-(see below). God’s glorious heavenly kingdom wins!! His will (rule) on earth is established. Our task is ever so challenging but simple to understand.
Matt 16:18-19 And I tell you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of Hades will not overcome it.
I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven; whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.”
Upon the Rock of Christ, His church will be built. Jesus wants Peter to understand the full impact of His Words. The church is at war! Satan has the power to blind the hearts of this world and is now the ‘illegitimate’ ruler of this age (2 Cor.. 4:4, Ephesians 2:1-2). Since we are positioned with Him THE CHURCH has the authority and power to bring Satan down. (Ephesians 2:6, Ephesians 1:3, Ephesians 1:20-21, Matt. 24:14, Ephesians 2:1, 6:12, Rev. 12:7-11) . I would have loved to seen the eyes of the Lord when He looked at Peter and said ‘The full force of Satan’s wrath from hell will not defeat the church!’ We are built on His everlasting foundation. He then gives Peter (the church) the method for our victory (see About the power 1-2).
The next step reads…
Matt 18:18-20 “I tell you the truth, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven…
For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.
As we have just seen, these verses are directly related to giving us ‘the keys to His kingdom on earth…His coming Kingdom and will on earth’. As the above scriptures indicate, you now realize the power from His heaven will start to hit us when we proclaim the kingdom of God (Luke 10: 1-23.) This is why Jesus puts this prayer after the kingdom message. When believers break open the heavens because we are proclaiming the kingdom of God, His glory and power will enter the hearts of believers. 1 John 1:1-4 explains that the glory and power will go from vertical (God to a believer) to horizontal (believer to believer-God within us)! He desires His divine love and power to be ‘tangible’ and ‘touchable’ (spiritually speaking) amongst believers. (see- John 13:34-35, site map-Donations {heavenly} Gold Only, Fellowship or Friendship.
Jesus wants us to understand-
When you preach the kingdom of God and start to break the devil’s darkness; God’s glory from heaven will hit you. When two or three are gathered, I (Jesus) will be in the middle of you (mesos-Greek). There is no darkness or evil in Jesus (I John.1:5, 1 John.3:5). So pursuing the kingdom brings His glory and power from heaven to us- and praying between His body brings His glory and power between us; therefore darkness between two points (multiple believers) has to flee. This is why Jesus sent them out in twos to preach His kingdom and wants us to pray in unity (Mk. 6:7, Luke. 9:1-2, Luke 10:1). Here is the process-
1) When the unity of believers advance the kingdom of God His glory will radiate from heaven to believers
2) When believers pray as a united body on earth, He will be ‘in the mist’ of the areas (domains) they are ‘binding and loosening’.
Thus, the Lord’s heavenly power and glory will hit believers and ‘branch out’ over the nations amongst the believers. Satan’s power on earth will be divided and he falls. Many instinctively create a ‘hedge of Job’ around the area they are protecting from Satan (J0b 1:10). These verses go perfectly together.
Matt 11:12 From the days of John the Baptist until now, the kingdom of heaven has been forcefully advancing, and forceful men lay hold of it.
Matt 24:14 And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.
REV 12:9-11 The great dragon (Satan) was hurled down…. Then I heard a loud voice in heaven say: “Now have come the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God….They overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony; they did not love their lives so much as to shrink from death.
Therefore pursuing the Kingdom of God and the church’s unity amongst believers are vital to accomplishing His kingdom on earth. We can also start to see how His greatest teaching is tied to fulfilling the purpose of the church. This will bring together His will on earth and unite the bride of Christ with Him, His children. Nothing is closer to the Father’s heart! (Heb. 12:2, Matt.13:45-46, Mk. 4:30-32).
If you are a minister reading these verses, your purpose for the ministry has to change. Segregated congregations are allowing Satan to accomplish “his will” on earth!
Other important verses in His Word start to become clear when we understand the Lord’s purpose for the church.
1 Cor. 4:20 For the kingdom of God is not a matter of talk but of power.
Paul is not saying love has less priority over power in our walk (I Cor.13), he is simply stating a fact. Without bringing God’s glory and power down from heaven through pursuing the kingdom of God, we will not have success defeating Satan (see site map- About the Power 1-2).
This is why Jesus wanted them to wait for the Baptism of the Holy Spirit before they went out in Acts 1 (receiving power from Heaven). I personally believe Satan is more concerned about the body of Christ being able to bring him down in power than someone receiving truth about the Lord and sitting in a pew. The devil was successful for two millenniums (with few exceptions) denying the body of Christ the power to accomplish our task (through the Baptism of the Holy Spirit). Those with discerning hearts can see how Satan uses ‘schemes’ in the Pentecostal church to keep us from seeking His power humbly and sincerely. There is a ‘new’ church arising, with His purpose…. there are ones who understand there is nothing more beautiful than having HIS glory between us. Praise God! (please see Someday, Weekly Thoughts)
WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO YOU
Friends, so much of our understanding is truly new, discovery is forthcoming (Mk. 4:11, 30-32). This is what I have seen though. When the kingdom mustard seed starts to grow ‘glow’ in your heart
1) You get hit with God’s glorious glow and power! Those in Christ-the mind, soul and spirit finally ‘get it’. Their eyes awaken-wide and bright. God’s righteous anger touches their hearts. Simply-His glory starts to invade your spirit. I hope you forgive me if I am honest with you…it touches me so to see this happen to you, knowing many of you will understand. His Spirit is showing me the love He has waiting for you…His love will bring our hearts together as one-tears of God’s love flowing to His throne room. Right now, more of the body of Christ becoming one! The only head of this army is Christ-holy and true. Many others will go forth and proclaim this truth. There is no stopping it.
Mark 4:26-27 He also said, “This is what the kingdom of God is like. A man scatters seed on the ground. Night and day, whether he sleeps or gets up, the seed sprouts and grows, though he does not know how.
All by itself the soil produces grain–first the stalk, then the head, then the full kernel in the head.
As soon as the grain is ripe, he puts the sickle to it, because the harvest has come.”
The Lord receiving a bride with one heart… responding with tears of joy and hope. Many will understand and advance the ‘full gospel’ (John 17:22-23).
Matt 24:14 And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.
With Godly righteousness, you will want to pick up His sword and fight the darkness! (Heb. 4:12). Many have been in camp all their lives and a holy understanding from God’s throne room will hit them. They will desire to fight Satan, the one who has been murdering our own, our loved ones and children. They realize the isolated churches are exactly what Satan desires. As long as the church is divided he is safe. They do not want to go back to a church that does not understand the Father’s true intentions to unite His heavenly kingdom with ours on earth (Ephesians 1:9-10). They realize it is OUR RESPONSIBILITY (HIS BRIDE) to accomplish this. (Matt. 24:14, Rev 12:7-11)
2) Satan counters. Discouragement sets in. Who is listening? Who is going to invite believers who preach on surrendering ‘their’ ministry that ‘they’ have built over decades? Not many listen. Our thinking is so radical we have lost our ‘normality’. Many times alone in our walk, we lean heavily on His Word (Deut. 31:6, see-In Your Heart You Always Knew-Weekly Thoughts, Kingdom of God-Personal Testimony)
3) God rains righteous from heaven and His kingdom grows in your heart (Joel 2:23). Praise God. You notice His beautiful ‘implants of truth’ that completely alters your attitude and behavior. It is coming straight from heaven. I am talking about direct delivery bros. (Mk. 4:26-27) Gods heavenly power breaks into your heart! It has been decades since you have last ‘tasted’ this kind of glory from heaven. (For some, it is your first ‘heavenly outpouring’).
You will see ‘the least of these’ receive truths from God that will blow you away-you will since His presence coming from the mouths of babes. I have witness God’s secrets of His kingdom being manifested in believers’ hearts in one hour of discovering this truth-that I have marveled to discover for a decade. A truly unified army for God will march forth with the Spirit from heaven.
As with the heart of Jesus when ‘the least of these’ broke open the glory of heaven through His kingdom message-your joy will absolutely ‘overflow’ when others understand His truth that brings His glory to earth. (Luke 10:1-23). He will keep His Spirit flowing ‘automatically’ when we simply apply the greatest message in His Word (Matt. 13:44). Troubles of strife, jealousy, insecurity, and pride that are found in so many churches the Lord will personally put His hand of love and power with His army that is carrying out His purpose. It is amazing how He can breathe life into His elect, those who truly pursue His purpose for this world. His army (trained by Him) will genuinely desire for His body to reach out and grab His great love and power He has for her- His living gift from heaven.
4) Because the Kingdom message starts as a small seed and the ‘secrets’ grow, we are only beginning to see the majesty of His Kingdom come to earth (Luke. 13:18-19). I believe in my heart-right now, many of you are being touched to stand and fight. We will not live the rest of our lives in camp!
WHAT WE CAN DO
1) As when you received the Lord or the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, give your heart to Him for this truth. Ask Him to make it grow…. to bring His light from heaven to the lost…to use His Word to cut down Satan’s darkness (Heb. 4:12, see Kingdom of God, About the Power 1-2)
2) Lovingly present this truth to your pastor. Allow him time to digest this truth, but make sure he understands the seriousness of this message. Pray for leadership, and when the Lord leads, ask Him how the Lord convicted him of the scriptures for the purpose of the church. When a seed is truly planted, there is true surrender, not just ‘talk’ but power…(see Surrender-His Greatest Teaching, Kingdom of God).
3) Pray that the Lord will attach you to those who desire to bring His kingdom and will on earth.
4) Proclaim the kingdom of God, bind and loosen evil powers as we also pray with ‘Jesus in the mist’. (Luke 9:60, Matt. 16:19, Matt. 18:19) Start with these biblical instructions. Satan will try and discourage you. To date, we all have to grow in discovering appropriate methods to achieve His victory.
One tip. We are fighting with weapons not made of this world…we do not need signs or loud protest against men (2 Cor. 10:4). To date, I feel led to peacefully but boldly bind and loosen without drawing attention from man (Matt 16:19). It can be done as we walk peacefully and pray. Normally, nobody has to even notice.
Nothing of any eternal value can come without the Lords glorious truth invading the darkness below. As mentioned earlier, we have to fight for this. Beloved, it is time to leave the pew and fight!
Consider. A church with no earthly or heavenly boundaries-but is encompassed by the glory of God. The bride is one in Him-Matt 5:14 “You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden.
We come together for training, praise, to use His Word to learn and break the forces of darkness (Heb 4:12). Then we go out with all those who truly understand the purpose of bringing His kingdom down-to break the darkness to accomplish His will. Beloved, to fight as we were called to do!!
THE DOOR-HIS HOLY HARVEST
Like babes learning to walk, our methods and new techniques we will learn to develop. At times we will feel like we are binding ‘the wind’ and many-including ourselves-will consider this strange.
Remember…..
1 Cor. 1:27 But God chose the foolish things of the world to shame the wise; God chose the weak things of the world to shame the strong.
While praying for a local high school, I had the feeling of ‘what am I accomplishing’? Later the Lord showed me the His kingdom power being manifested over darkness when believers unite for His victory. (1 Cor. 4:20)
Because of your humble heart and obedience, God allows for you to see and experience the secrets to the kingdom of God (Luke 10:1-23). You will persevere when others ridicule your peaceful prayer to fight Satan.
Many of you will at first walk alone in your pursuit. The only comrades that understand the purpose in your heart are few and far between. Your brothers and sisters in the Lord will at times appear so ‘distant’ from this truth.
Then it happens-as the Lord has promised…..
You preach the kingdom of God-and His Majesty appears. As with the twenty-four elders in heaven, you drop to the ground and weep before our holy God that appears before you (Rev.11:16).
The holy door of harvest has appeared on earth. His true harvest from heaven is reaching down through Christ by-the bride of Christ. Simply, Christ will use His holy bride to give life to a world in darkness! It was His intention for the beginning.
John 4:35 Do you not say, `Four months more and then the harvest’? I tell you, open your eyes and look at the fields! They are ripe for harvest.
Matt. 13:37-39 He (Jesus) answered, “The one who sowed the good seed is the Son of Man. The field is the world, and the good seed stands for the sons of the kingdom…The harvest is the end of the age
Beloved, if need be, replay this worship song and have Him touch us with the importance of His glorious love. We will ‘stumble’ from imperfect methods to a glorious door of harvest straight from the Lord’s throne! This is what is waiting for us
Matt 13:45-46 “Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a merchant looking for fine pearls.
When he found one of great value, he went away and sold everything he had and bought it.
Because we are seated with Christ there will be a holy door of harvest that most have never experienced-myself included-I can’t wait! (Ephesians 2:6). A pathway of His glory parting the darkness on earth! (1 John 1:5)
His heavenly glory is waiting to break toward earth-to cover her as we preach His kingdom. As mentioned in 1 John 1-4, His love and glory will go from vertical to horizontal-to one another in Christ. His holy church will radiate His glory on earth (John 17:22-26). We will proclaim God’s victory of His kingdom over darkness-His living Word will open doors to His harvest on earth.
Jesus knew the will and joy of the Father…..
Thy kingdom come Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven (Matt. 6: 9-10)
As stated in His Word, visitations from His throne will be part of our walk with Him (Acts 2). The manifestation of His heavenly kingdom will progressively break the darkness of ‘HIS’ world.
Psalms 57:11 Be exalted, O God, above the heavens; let your glory be over all the earth.
THE CHURCH, HIS BRIDE-OUR MISSION
United in love, we shall proclaim His heavenly kingdom on earth and we shall see nothing short of a holy door of harvest on earth! We cannot underestimate His greatest message and mission for His body and bride. Thy kingdom come thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven!. The glories of heaven will touch the foundations of the earth.
The fight to overcome Satan’s kingdom will be difficult and progressive, but His glory manifested on earth will overcome darkness. The holy message proclaiming His kingdom will indeed open a door to a golden harvest of His elect on earth. What has made us think we can accomplish anything without His righteousness from above? This door of harvest will allow us to experience His glory from above. His glory is always new, never-ending.
REV 22:5 There will be no more night. They will not need the light of a lamp or the light of the sun, for the Lord God will give them light. And they will reign forever and ever.
No matter what our service is in church, if we do not go out and fight Satan we will never achieve God’s purpose for His bride. I believe there are many in this country who always knew there was more than ‘going to’ church.
Now is the time for action. Decide if you will simply read about the kingdom, or fight darkness as God’s desires. This truth grows not from heaven, but from the seed in the ground, His earthly church (in Christ). (Mk. 4:30-32)
We should avoid being arrogant or brash, but the Lord has told me not to be timid. Present His truth to the few and to the many. True joy however comes when others are touched by the glory of His kingdom entering their heart. Let’s share in this joy.
Jesus said to him ‘But you go and proclaim the kingdom of God!’ Luke 9:60
God Bless you as you seek His heavenly riches for our earthly kingdom bound by darkness.
Please be in prayer for making our pursuit a living reality…. a plan of action for His ‘forces in arms.’
