You have probably heard the news, all the talk about catastrophic events-mostly from those claiming the Bible is teaching our last days are approaching by the end of this week.
The Bible does indeed give us scriptures on the final events of our current world-about one third of the Word is devoted to prophecy. There are over 100 different prophetic signs and events in Matthew 24 alone!
Jesus tells the most learned theologians of His day-the reason you don’t understand scripture in not because you lack study…but your heart is not in the right place to hear from God-to have His Spirit guide you.
John 5:39-42 You study the Scriptures diligently because you think that in them you have eternal life. These are the very Scriptures that testify about me, yet you refuse to come to me to have life… but I know you. I know that you do not have the love of God in your hearts.
Matthew 16:1-3 &12 The Pharisees and Sadducees came to Jesus and tested him by asking him to show them a sign from heaven. 2 He replied, “When evening comes, you say, ‘It will be fair weather, for the sky is red,’ 3 and in the morning, ‘Today it will be stormy, for the sky is red and overcast.’ You know how to interpret the appearance of the sky, but you cannot interpret the signs of the times (from the scriptures). Vs. 12 Jesus told them to guard against the teachings of the Pharisees and Sadducees. Also Matt. 15:8, Lk. 20: 45-47, Matt. 5:20, Matt. 23:1-36.
These verses are teaching that ‘the heart’ has to be in the right place to hear from God-to receive His teaching.
We have to realize however, while many Christians are not like the Pharisees who desired to harm Jesus, they still share an inability to be guided by the Holy Spirit for His correct teachings.
John 14:26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in My Name, He shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.
If the Holy Spirit is teaching us all things-and if we are truly listening (with our spiritual man) than it is impossible to have two opposing teachings on such important Biblical events. Yes, perfect insight into the things of God will not be complete until we are face to face with the Lord 1 Cor. 13:12…but the above scriptures teach we should be hearing from the Holy Spirit now-and not have the world think the Christian Church is in total confusion!
Personal Note: If it’s ok with you, I would like to start with my own faults. At Bible college, I truly thought the more scripture ‘I knew’ the more mature I was. I rated my closeness to the Lord with how much ‘my mind’ knew about God- obviously I was in total error.
I did not understand that our ‘relationship to a Living God’ was the key factor in the Holy Spirit being able teach us from the Word of God
Psalm 18:26 With the pure You will show Yourself pure; And with the devious You will show Yourself shrewd.
Psalm 25:14 The LORD confides in those who fear him; he makes his covenant known to them.
Matthew 22:37-38 Jesus replied: “ ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ 38 This is the first and greatest commandment. See Our Road God P1– P2.
I was not like a pharisees as far as wanting to persecute Jesus-but I had some of the ‘symptoms of the pharisees’ by not realizing I need to hear God from my spirit (no just my mind) in order to be guided the correct Biblical teaching in the Word. See chart below
Realizing I needed the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, (which includes a prayer language we can interpret), hearing from the Spirit by our spiritual man, and striving for a sanctified life -helps us form a unity of Biblical teaching with brothers and sisters seeking the Lord in the same manner above scripture See Baptism of the Holy Spirit, Heb. 4:12. We study and examine scriptures with our ‘mind’, but it is vital to also listen to the Holy Spirit with our spiritual man. This duality enlightens and teaches us in all areas of the Word, including end time events Rm. 8:10-16, Gal. 5:18,25.
This my friends is why we are all over the place in the church…including September 23, 2017. We simply are not hearing the Holy Spirit. Being Able to Hear From the Holy Spirit
As mentioned above, perfect truth will not be manifested until we are face to face with the Lord 1 Cor. 13:12…but we still can have an incredible theological unity. This will indeed happen when the Kingdom of Gods church is manifested on earth with His final call. The mustard seed church sprouting to the heavens See 1st 4 article on the Kingdom of God. In most cases, we will instantly know if the church is ‘lit with glory’ or if they are hanging on to the traditions of darkness
Mark 7:13 Thus you nullify the word of God by your tradition that you have handed down. And you do many things like that.”
When we meet we should have a common understanding of what the Lord is saying this week to us, current events from the voice of the Lord-and of course-a unity of understanding ‘if’ the world is about to end next week. When brothers and sisters are prayed up, humbly seeking the face of God and truly hearing from Him…you can actually see a light come upon them. It soooo matches our spirit inside-knowing this word came from the Lord and is backed by scripture. This type of confirmation should be a common event amongst our congregations. Does the World End Next Week?
The scripture is clear it does not! What the Lord is wanting to say is…Bill, tell them My teaching is put ‘on the table’, all they have to do is reach out and grab it.
While I don’t completely understand the above analogy…what I am hearing we are making the end times events way too complicated-when they are not. He wants to emphasize-He is not the author of confusion…the devil does that.
1 Corinthians 14:33 For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints.
The rapture, the end times events can be easily understood-if we just reach out and ‘grab’ the teaching-for they are on the table if we desire them.
What I am seeing is sooo many believers will ‘run after’ this teaching, then another, and another. When I ask them, have you looked at these scriptures that simply define our end time events…many seem to always do everything ‘but’. It’s like satan has them being blown back and forth-and never resting in the truth that the Lord has laid out in His Word.
James 1:5-6 If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. 6 But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.
To simply understand the end time events-we can start to look at when the rapture happens and also Revelation 3:10 -the protection for Christians during the seals.

There has been several links listed in this article, but the two above are critical in understanding the Scripture given for our current events…please take the time to read the scriptures in the two post above-pray and ‘break through’ in the Holy Spirit-truly hear from the Lord Jn. 14:26. As explained from the scriptures in these articles, we will not have the end come until all these events happen– the church must see ‘ALL THESE THINGS’ coming together in a 7 year time frame to know the time is imminent. We simply do not have ‘all these things happening’ and thus we have not begun the end time events as taught in scripture! Explained below.
Matthew 24:33 Even so, when you see ALL THESE THINGS, you know that it is near, right at the door.
Revelation 12
The grave misunderstanding about the September 23, 2017 teaching mainly comes from a ‘grossly negligent’ interpretation of Revelation 12.
History
Many of us believed-as with Jonathan Cahn-that the Lord was truly warning the US in September 2015. There was a possible connection between the rebirth of Israel and the date in 2015. As important, the Lord was revealing to His prophets that America needed to humble herself-become active in fighting satan and seek the Lord with all her heart
Amos 3:7 Surely the Sovereign LORD does nothing without revealing his plan to his servants the prophets.
2 Chronicles 7:14 if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.
While we did not fully repent, the church did pray. Most of us realized that all Republican candidates in 2016 were not completely sincere in their pro life-Christian viewpoints…but they were pressured ‘by the people’ to support the values found in the Word of God. The US church prayed and was seeking the will of God.
I truly believe the Lord gave a Word to the US church at that time… –as described by one Russian prophetess- He gave us ‘a moment’, not wanting to start judgment on our families and loved ones.
This moment could last years or decades (even longer) if the church truly starts to seek the ways of the Lord with ‘all their heart’ above Scriptures, 2 Pet. 3:8.
Simply, the Lord has put President Trump to be the ‘foot in the door’ to protect our freedoms, while the church now needs to respond and blow the door wide open with the Holy Spirit renewal in America. Revelation 12 is where most teachers error when teaching about this week’s coming disaster. This event below is clearly in the final 7 years of correction and judgment-right before the return of Christ. Some call this the 7 year tribulation-but the correct term is the final week of Daniel, or Daniels 70th week.
As described in the two articles above The Day of the Lord Rapture, Rev 3:10 , scripture clearly teaches that the end time events -will only come when we see ‘ALL THESE SIGNS’ Matt. 24:33, in their completion-explained later.
Like a puzzle, if you get the correct pieces in the right order (ie-the correct truth) ‘all’ the teaching you find later in the Word will also fit together-easily and simply. This is important-let’s remember this Biblical principle 🙂 .
Foundational End Time Events
In Daniel 9:24-27, the angel Gabriel tells Daniel there will be 70 ‘weeks’ (each day representing a Hebrew lunar 360 day year (compare Dan. 9:27, Rev. 11:2-3) until the temple wall is restored and the righteous messiah comes back. Gabriel divides these 70 weeks or 490 years into categories, 69 of them being fulfilled with Christ first coming-see chart below. 1 week (or 7 years) however have not been accounted for…what many term the 7 year tribulation-but accurately should be called the 70th week of Daniel-lasting 7 years (the tribulation period and wrath of God are both separate parts of the 70th week of Daniel) See link.
In this last 7 years numerous events take place. Remember, Jesus says…we are not in the last ‘week’ until ‘YOU SEE ALL THESE THINGS’ Matt. 24:33.
These events will include
-the signing of a 7 year multi nation agreement (peace treaty) with Israel that will start it’s countdown!! This agreement will bring in the last 7 years of mans secular reign on earth. Dan. 9:27, Rev. 11: 2
-a ten nation confederacy that will fight to take world control Dan. 2:41-44, Dan. 7:24, Rev. 12, Rev. 13, Rev. 17.
-a new temple is Jerusalem will have to be built, in order for the anti-christ to defile it Dan. 9:27, 11:31, 12.9, Matt. 24:15, Rev. 13:5-6.
-there will be cataclysmic events world wars. Revelation 6:4 (second seal in the 70th week of Dan. ) Then another horse came out, a fiery red one. Its rider was given power to take peace from the earth and to make people kill each other. To him was given a large sword. After the second seal, peace will not be restored to the world until the return of Christ.
-the masses will be chipped or marked in order to buy and sell. Rev. 13:16-17, Rev. 14:9.
-their will be great persecution of the saints of God –5th seal. It will be the worst in the history of mankind. Revelation 6:9 When he opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of those who had been slain because of the word of God and the testimony they had maintained. Matt. 24:15-21. vs. 21 For then there will be great distress, unequaled from the beginning of the world until now—and never to be equaled again.
-there will be a great deception-probably sci-fi technology by demonic beings. 2 Thess. 2:8-12.
-there will be great famines, earthquakes in which the world has never seen. Matthew 24:7-10 Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places. 8 All these are the beginning of birth pains. 9 “Then you will be handed over to be persecuted and put to death, and you will be hated by all nations because of me. 10 At that time many will turn away from the faith and will betray and hate each other,
All of these events and countess others will happen in the last 7 years, and none of them are in existence today-on the scale as mentioned in the above scriptures. Yes, storms and earthquakes have increased, but remember…Jesus and says when you see ‘all’ theses things must happen together-in unison with one another. When we become aware of the 7 year ‘peace treaty’ Israel commits to in Dan. 9:27, …and when the world is hit with the second seal, there will be no question to the church that is awake will know that we are in the last 7 years. Rev. 6:3-4 Peace will not return to the earth until Christ returns-paraphrased. For more details see chart at bottom of article.
Revelation 12 Continued. The scriptures most are using for the final destruction on 9-23-2017 are from Revelation 12-which is literally in the 70th week of Daniel, the last 7 years. This chapter is describing the persecution is Israel-after the anti-christ has gained a firm control of the world and has defiled the new temple-half way into this 7 year period Dan. 9:27, 11:31, 12.9, Matt. 24:15, Rev. 13:5-6.. At this point, this man of perdition attempts to destroy Israel-in which the Lord supernaturally rescues…and then he goes after the church…Israel’s or Jesus offspring-see below. Not being able to recognize that this chapter is in the final 7 years is literally ‘throwing out’ almost all basic rules of Biblical interpretation.
Revelation 12:1-17
1 A great sign appeared in heaven: a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet and a crown of twelve stars on her head. (Israel and her 12 tribes Gen. 49)
2 She was pregnant and cried out in pain as she was about to give birth. (To Jesus-Is. 7:14, Matt. 1:23)
3 Then another sign appeared in heaven: an enormous red dragon with seven heads and ten horns and seven crowns on its heads. (The signs given in Revelation about the 10 nation confederacy with 7 heads or kingdoms-thus literally giving us the time frame for this chapter-the last 7 years before the reign of Christ. Dan. 2:41-44, Dan. 7:24, Rev. 12, Rev. 13, Rev. 17 )
4 Its tail swept a third of the stars out of the sky and flung them to the earth. (possible casting down of satan as described in Rev. 8:12, vs. 9 below, Lk. 10:18) The dragon stood in front of the woman who was about to give birth, so that it might devour her child the moment he was born. (satan trying to kill Jesus at birth-Matt. 2:13-18.)
5 She gave birth to a son, a male child, who “will rule all the nations with an iron scepter.” And her child was snatched up to God and to his throne. (Israel, Mary-virgin birth-Jesus-Son of God-raised from the dead-ascended to heaven. Is. 7:14, Acts 1:9-12)
Note: The original purpose of the Lord was to have Israel receive Jesus as their messiah, and start a true Messianic Rule through the Jewish nation by Christ Lk. 1:32-33, Jer. 23:5-6. The Lord knew however Israel would reject Jesus, and thus He shared all Biblical promises that were given to Israel with the Gentile nations Gal. 3:27-29, Rm. 9:24-26, Matt. 22:1-14. Thus, we have some scriptures that show Jesus will rule Israel and other scriptures that teach He will also rule the Gentiles nations-that now share in the inheritance of Israel- above verses, Eph. 3:6. As a result of Israels rejection of their Messiah, Jesus did not initiate His earthly reign at His first appearance… and allowed a church age between His first and second coming-resulting in a ‘gap’ in some Bible verses. As explained with the above scriptures-this is why we see a ‘church age gap’ in between verses 5-6 -His first and second coming.
Isaiah 61:1-2 The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me; because the LORD hath anointed me preach good tiding to the meek ….2 (first coming-church gap) and the day of vengeance of our God-(second coming-Day of the Lord);
Micah 5:2 But thou, Bethlehem , though thou be little among the thousands of Judah, yet out of thee shall he come forth (first coming-church gap Is. 7:14) unto me that is to be ruler in Israel (second coming);
6 The woman fled into the wilderness to a place prepared for her by God, where she might be taken care of for ‘1,260 days.’ (Sign Post!- confirming Rev. 12 is in the 70th week of Daniel-and thus we are not in the last days…and the world cannot end or be close to ending next week. The 1,260 days are 3.5 Hebrew years (lunar 30 day months)-or half way into the 70th week of Daniel. Israel will hide-probably in Petra-to be protected by God for the last half of the tribulation or 1260 days-when the antichrist has firm control over the majority of the world. Rev. 7:1-8, Rev. 9:4, Rev. 14:1).
7 Then war broke out in heaven. Michael and his angels fought against the dragon, and the dragon and his angels fought back. (The church finally waking up…fighting with His holy angles see vs. 9 )-again, in the middle of the 70th week…breaking apart satans kingdom and advancing the Kingdom of God. See Kingdom of God link vs. 10, Matthew 24:14 And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come. )
8 But he was not strong enough, and they lost their place in heaven.
9 The great dragon was hurled down—that ancient serpent called the devil, or Satan, who leads the whole world astray. He was hurled to the earth, and his angels with him. (Satans kingdom being brought down by a unity of an army of believers and angels working together. Jesus has been ‘waiting’ for this to happen Matt. 11:12, Matt. 18:18-20, Heb. 10:13). Satan is currently the god of this age and prince of the air, -and has not yet been cast down. Eph. 2:2, 2 Cor. 4:4. This cannot be anything but a future event in the 70th week of Daniel.
10 Then I heard a loud voice in heaven say: “Now have come the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God, and the authority of his Messiah. For the accuser of our brothers and sisters, who accuses them before our God day and night, has been hurled down. (Praise God!-Incredibly important verse! Hundreds of verses on the kingdom of God-and now we understand. Believers-angels work together to divide satans kingdom-which sets the stage to have the Lords kingdom come to earth see vs. 9. Kinda simple if we don’t think about it too much lol. Mk. 3: 23-27, Matt. 11:12 KJV!!, See first 4 Articles–Kingdom of God)
11 They triumphed over him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony; they did not love their lives so much as to shrink from death. (The believers fighting the powers of darkness-even unto death.)
12 Therefore rejoice, you heavens and you who dwell in them! But woe to the earth and the sea, because the devil has gone down to you! He is filled with fury, because he knows that his time is short.” Satan cast down to earth-but now there is no blocking of the churches glory and power from heaven…Praise God! Acts 2:14-21, Matt. 7:22-23-even the lost will have power to do miracles in Christ name.)
13 When the dragon saw that he had been hurled to the earth, he pursued the woman who had given birth to the male child. (Israel-middle of the 70th week…vs. 6, 14.)
14 The woman was given the two wings of a great eagle, so that she might fly to the place prepared for her in the wilderness, where she would be taken care of for a time, times and half a time, out of the serpent’s reach. (Same time frame 1260 days, 42 months, 3.5 years (Hebrew lunar 30 day months)-or times, times, and half of times vs. 6,14, Dan. 7:25, 12:7, Rev. 11:2-3, 13:5)
15 Then from his mouth the serpent spewed water like a river, to overtake the woman and sweep her away with the torrent. (Satan trying to strike the Jewish nation of Israel)
16 But the earth helped the woman by opening its mouth and swallowing the river that the dragon had spewed out of his mouth. (The Lords divine intervention)
s17 Then the dragon was enraged at the woman and went off to wage war against the rest of her offspring—those who keep God’s commands and hold fast their testimony about Jesus. (The persecution of those Israels children-gentile believers. We do however have a protection from the Lord Rev. 3:10 ).
CONCLUSION
These verses clearly teach us…Revelation 12 is in the last 7 years of mans rule on earth-before Christ comes back…or the 70th week of Daniel. The world cannot begin to end or be close to ending because there are no signs we are in the 70th week of Daniel-or the last 7 years of mans secular rule on earth-see end time events above. Always remember-the church will see ‘all’ these signs in unison before we can claim we are in the final days Matt. 24:33.
Instead of trusting in the Word, many have been fooled and accept teaching about ‘stars’, charts of the sky that cannot be verified, things we cannot truly understand, because their teachings are in confusion and in total error. We should never trust in the ‘wanna be’ experts when the Word of God teaches differently.
It is worth repeating, the Lord is not the author of confusion. 1 Cor. 14:33.
The Lord is saying…My truth is on the table, just reach out and grab it. It’s not complicated. The church will be here until the end of the age, when the Lord comes back and judges the sinners-at the day of the Lord-which begins with the rapture of the saints. The church will not be here to experience Gods wrath from heaven-the trumpet and bowl judgments. The truth is really this simple See pic a bottom, Link 1, Link 2
Revelation 12 is right in the midst of the 70th week of Daniel-or the popular term…the Tribulation-and there are ‘NO’! signs confirming that we have entered into the last week (literally the last 7 years) of this great event.
When Can We Know We are in the 70th Week of Daniel
When Israel signs a 7 year agreement (peace treaty) Dan. 9:27, accompanied with all these signs-above- Matt. 24:33 than we will know. I personally believe the 2nd seal will leave any sincere believer with no doubt that we are literally in the end times- peace will be taken from the earth (until He returns) Rev. 6:3-4.
This September 23, as with any date-could start to progress to serious events that would put us on the path to these Biblical trials or world events. As mentioned before, many of us believed we were headed that way in September 2015. The Lord however has given us a moment-a blessing. Now is the time to focus on having the Holy Spirit renewing our hearts and reviving the World, and not!! on destruction that has not found from the Word of God.
Down the road, the Lords saints will indeed have to warn America and the world, now however is the time to rejoice that the Lord has given us ‘a moment’ –to bring the Holy Spirits life back to our families, our loved ones and our country.
